We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

• Rental contracts and payment records: 7 years (required by Dutch tax law).
• ID documents and screening data: deleted within 3 months after tenancy ends, unless legally required to retain longer.
• Website analytics data: typically retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access – to request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure – to request deletion of your data.
